Your role:

  • Plan, design and conduct research and usability testing activities, both in-house and with customers across the world,
  • Identify research gaps and suggest best research method to obtain necessary information,
  • Effectively translate insights into actionable recommendations for business direction and design decisions,
  • Create user research / usability testing strategy within project
  • Build effective way of communicating research within the project and organisation
  • Evangelize design research and grow this capability within Lufthansa Systems, by providing training and supporting recruitment
  • Help the team to build optimal design workflow within the project
