Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Collecting offers and coordinating the supplier selection process,
  • Analysis and negotiation of contracts with suppliers,
  • Coordinating the process of concluding contracts with suppliers,
  • Support for employees and management in administrative matters, purchasing process, conclusion of contracts,
  • Ensuring compliance of administrative processes with company procedures and applicable law.

Who are you?

  • University degree in management, administration or law,
  • 2+ years of experience in a position related to commercial contracts,
  • Analytical thinking skills,
  • Professional communication skills both oral and written,
  • Excellent English and Polish command.
