Who are you?
We’re looking for a candidate with:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an equivalent role within a different Agile framework (e.g., Kanban, SAFe, LeSS),
- Basic understanding of the SAFe framework,
- Familiarity with Kanban principles and workflows,
- Practical experience using collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro,
- Open-mindedness, creativity, and a growth mindset,
- Strong communication skills and an outcome-focused approach,
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams,
- A strategic mindset and a strong drive for innovation,
- Customer-service orientation and a proactive, assertive approach,
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, in a business context,
- Willingness to work on-site in Gdańsk at least twice a week or relocate,
- Readiness for occasional international travel to client locations.

- Providing sustainable support and coaching to one or more agile teams,

- Facilitating the use of Agile practices and tools (e.g., workshops, scaling patterns),
- Coaching teams on Scrum values and Agile principles,
- Helping remove impediments and unblocking team progress,
- Recognizing team dynamics and applying team-building models to improve collaboration,
- Establishing a culture of openness, trust, and transparency,
- Supporting product management and teams through organizational changes,
- Collaborating with other Scrum Masters,
- Leading or contributing to special initiatives as needed.

- Standard position: 8 000–16 000 PLN gross
- Senior position: 12 000–21 000 PLN gross
