We are looking for an engaged and ambitious (Junior/Standard) Product Owner to be part of our high-performing, motivated agile team of Optimizer responsible for core of flights trajectory calculation in LIDO product.
Your goal is to point the direction for four Optimizer scrum teams (including Volar).
You know how to capture various forms of requirements and structure them via Epics and Stories in a prioritized Backlog, which you prepare for your team.
You are also able to motivate the team to take the Backlog Items and turn them from an idea into reality. ​

  • Functional leadership of Development Team,
  • Close cooperation with Architecture Owner, Chief Product Owner and other Product Owners,
  • Presenting product (subproduct) to all internal and external stakeholders and ensuring their involvement,
  • Actively identifying market requirements and developing a product strategy,
  • Conducting commercial analysis for your product as well as its development projects,
  • Defining and announcing releases,
  • Organizing and conducting milestone reviews,
  • Negotiating scope, priorities, commercials and delivery dates,
  • Ensuring transparency of product backlog.​
