Who are you?

  • You have experience in recruitment, preferably in IT area,
  • Experience in utilizing various sourcing techniques and adjusting them according to needs,
  • Experience in accompanying end-to-end full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to hiring the candidate, maintaining the highest candidate experience along the whole process,
  • Agile in process, fluent in change management and a strong team player,
  • Acting as recruitment expert and involving as a subject matter expert when needed,
  • Have the ability and skills to build and maintain professional relationships, skilled at stakeholders management,
  • Very strong organizational skills and ability to multitask,
  • Fluency in English.​

What do we welcome?

  • Experience with recruitment operations including ATS including data entry, candidate tracking, etc.,
  • Experience in direct search,
  • Experience in HR analysis,
  • Enthusiast of recruitment, constantly seeking for new methods and new recruitment trends on the market.​

Your tasks:

  • Active sourcing and attracting experienced candidates from IT industry,
  • Participation in recruitment and employer branding events and other activities promoting Lufthansa Systems Poland,
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to set expectations for the recruitment process and to fulfill the required search briefing,
  • Consulting content for job postings that utilize creative marketing techniques to attract top talent,
  • Provide competency-based interviews to qualify suitable candidates,
  • Proactively identify gaps in the recruiting process while providing solutions to better support HR across a variety of disciplines,
  • Be a constant contributor for areas of improvement in the recruiting process.​
