Who are you?

We are looking for a person who is/has:​

  • A student of Administration, Psychology, Finance,
  • Familiar with MS Office, especially Excel at a good level,
  • Meticulous, precise, attentive and able to concentrate on tasks,
  • Communicative and open,
  • Able to effectively prioritize, organize workload and work in a dynamic environment,
  • Creative and ready to learn,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills,
  • Excellent English and Polish skills - written and spoken​.

What do we welcome?

  • Experience with handling documentation or invoices,
  • Basic knowledge or interested in Labor Law.

Your responsibilities will include:​

  • Handling HR documentation and invoices,
  • Working with Excel on daily basis,
  • Correspondence and package register and service,
  • Assisting HR department with onboarding process.
