Training Service combines talents of Instructional Designers, Media Designers and Trainers to design and deliver learning experience which helps our customers achieve operational readiness quicker, maximize benefits of using our products and improve operational performance continuously.
Instructional Designers are involved in all activities which combine into learning experience of external and internal customers.
You will join a diverse and collaborative team of Instructional Designers, Media Designers and Trainers to jointly co-create training which is valuable to customers. We are considering different levels of proficiency, from Junior, through Standard to Senior.

Who are you?

Your profile:

  • Experience in e-Learning instructional design in digital and blended learning (experience in corporate learning, online learning design, learning management systems),
  • Expertise in Instructional Design methodologies (preferred 6Ds of Breakthrough Learning or Brinkerhoff's High Performance Learning Journeys, L1-L4 and Success Case Method evaluation),
  • Get it done, ownership attitude,
  • Analytical skills for defining business linkage, criteria of success and impact map,
  • Cross-functional work style, embracing help from all functions,
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in execution,
  • Always review and test before release attitude,
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and sensitivity to communication across cultures,
  • Ability to work as part of the service team,
  • Ability to work flexibly in a complex international environment,
  • Ability to create instructions for very complex aeronautical IT products,
  • Preference for bachelor's degree in related discipline or in progress of getting one,
  • Ability to travel as required.

What do we welcome?

  • Degree in training management, training creation, e-Learning or other related,
  • Experience with ISD (Instructional System Design), graphic design, video production, gamification in learning, microlearning,
  • What is not welcomed: power points, bullet points, academical lecturing attitude, measuring training success by number of participants or satisfaction surveys, lone wolfs who do not care about the team.

Why do we need you?

  • Contribute to achieving Training Service objectives,
  • Create impact maps for trainings, structure and configure trainings, prepare storyboards for Media Designers following show not tell approach. Key media is video and exercises including exercises and interactive mock-ups of products,
  • Use authoring tools to create instructions for exercises and quizzes (Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline),
  • Support media designers in case of production peaks as part of team work,
  • Design learning experience by working in collaboration with subject matter experts, stakeholders and customers and using 6Ds of Breakthrough Learning (and other corporate learning methodologies), applying cognitive load learning theory and cognitive multimedia learning theory,
  • Set competency matrix for courses, set success criteria and evaluation plan at least for L1-L3 and ensure learning outcomes are aligned with business and compliance requirements,
  • Create courses, learning paths and their instances in learning management system (Adobe Learning Manager),
  • Support ongoing training by close cooperation with trainers,
  • Use metrics to validate training success (based on evidence not assumptions).
