You will join AIM team and support our Clarification Services/AIM. AIM Clarification Service reviews the clarification requests raised by all production departments and addresses the requests to the authorities mainly via e-mail. The team is located in Zurich, you will be operating from Gdansk.

- Proficiency in English, both in writing and speaking; knowledge of any additional ICAO language would be beneficial.

- Examining requests for clarification and initiating contact with the appropriate authority, ensuring follow-up if a response is not forthcoming.
- Exploring and initiating new connections in coordination with AIM Document Management for procuring contacts within aviation authorities and organizations.
Managing issues and responding to specific inquiries from our customers and various other departments. - Monitoring and recording the progress of clarification requests.
- Analyzing global Aeronautical Information Publications (AIP) and associated documents including Supplements (SUPs), Aeronautical Information Circulars (AICs), Notices to Airmen (NOTAMs), along with documents and publications from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
- Identifying and communicating problems and highlighting potential production risks in a timely manner.
