Why do we need you?

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Efficiently dispatch incidents and service requests between the passenger help desk and technical teams, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations,
  • Monitor incoming tickets and categorize incidents according to priority and severity. Assign tickets to the appropriate teams based on technical requirements,
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for support teams, ensuring clear communication regarding incident status, resolution timelines, and any required follow-up actions,
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of incident management processes, aiming to optimize response times and service quality,
  • Work in close collaboration with technical teams, 1st level support teams, and other departments to resolve incidents quickly and effectively.

Who are you?

  • University degree or final year student in Computer Science or other related field,
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a genuine curiosity to learn new technologies and processes,
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, as all tasks and documentation will be conducted in English,
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment,
  • Ability to work independently while also being an active and collaborative team member. We place great value on fostering a positive work environment,
  • ITIL/ITSM Knowledge,
  • Experience using Jira for incident tracking, management, and reporting.
