In distributed systems that share information, there needs to be a mechanism to manage and orchestrate data flows. This mechanism is known as middleware. In such IT systems, it is important to send messages with appropriate mappings, consider various non-functional requirements such as data transfer rate per second, and other relevant factors.
For our middleware project, we are seeking a Business Analyst/Business-System Analyst with experience in and enthusiasm for systems involving data exchange and integrations.

Who are you?
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Higher education preferably in computer science/IT,
- Practical knowledge in requirement engineering with a commercial customer,
- At least 4 years of experience in requirement analysis for IT systems,
- Experience in creating and updating technical documentation for data integrations between systems,
- Ability to perform impact analysis on existing process/IT system,
- Experience in estimating of tasks for yourself/others,
- Willingness to come into the office in Gdańsk at least twice a week or to relocate to Trójmiasto,
- Fluent English communication and teamwork skills.

As a Requirement Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Direct contact with customer in international airline industry,
- Gathering and specifying requirements,
- Designing and maintaining modules/functionalities in existing IT system and interface connections with partner’s IT systems,
- Requirement analysis based on existing documentation and code,
- Supporting testing, preparing of technical documentation,
- Actively collaborate in the team aiming to provide a solution allowing smooth migration of existing interfaces and processes to the new platform.
