We are currently looking for a Team Leader to lead a team dedicated to providing Cloud Management services for the Digital Hangar (A/TP-A-H). Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a team of specialists providing Cloud Management services,
- Organizing the team's work, assigning tasks, and monitoring their execution,
- Building effective communication and a positive working atmosphere within the team, including in stressful situations,
- Developing the competencies of team members, planning trainings and development activities,
- Maintaining consistent, professional communication with the customer as well as with Service Management, operations, and development teams,
- Supervising Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes in accordance with ITIL,
- Monitoring the execution of SLA and KPI agreements and preparing reports,
- Participating in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
Who are you?
We are looking for a great Team Leader that has:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Leader, Tech Leader, or in a similar role,
- TL managerial skills in organization, team management, time management,
- Multi-cultural communication skills with SM, customer, operations, and development teams,
- Team Building and good communication within the team under pressure,
- Diplomatic exchange with complex clients in agile approaches including strong positioning of our interests,
- Excellent communication in ENGLISH,
- Understanding practice time estimation and budgeting,
- Understanding of AMS model,
- Understanding / practice in Contracting, SLA monitoring, KPI reporting,
- Deep process knowledge ITIL/ Incident-, Problem- and Change Management,
- Training/ Instruction of team about processes,
- Experience in Audit handling and openness to support audits proactively,
- Experience in technical customer services e.g., Application management, System and DB Administration, Data Warehouse Services etc.,
- Strong self-organization, focus keeping "things in order",
- Customer mind set,
- Technical Knowledge, Understanding and Experience in Cloud Operations related topics,
- Readiness to work in a hybrid model - 2 days a week in the office in Gdańsk.
