We are looking for an IT Operations Manager to join our team in Gdańsk. A person in this position is accountable to support in developing and implementing standardized operations processes and tools for the overall ecosystem of the LHG Digital Hangar.​

Why do we need you?

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up and governance over OPS processes for one of the VS in DH ecosystem,
  • Reviewing and development of the Application Operating Model in regards to DevOps and SRE practices while being compliant with LHG ITSM standards,
  • Supporting CoP Application Operation Chapter Leads in managing the application support chain,
  • Supporting and managing knowledge transfer from product teams to operations ensuring effective collaboration with platform and product teams (knowledge transfer, support coverage, regular touchpoints) - according to platform / product criticality and need,
  • Ensuring common tools are well interconnected and represent the E2E issue flow (Event-, Incident-, Problem-, Change Management),
  • Highlighting structural issues and patterns within the application support chain to pinpoint standardization need and automation potential.

What do we expect?

  • Several years of experience in IT-Operation in a complex organization,
  • Several years of experience with ITSM process design, implementation, and improvement,
  • Experience in the field of ITIL, DevOps and SRE,
  • Experience with agile environments, ideally with SAFe,
  • Organization, moderation, and collaboration skills,
  • Knowledge and experience of toolchain (LeanIX, Jira Service Management, Jira Assets, Jira Software, Confluence, Elastic Cloud, AzureDevops),
  • Experience with provider management,
  • Good knowledge of English and Polish in speaking and writing (B2/C1),
  • Availability to come to the office in Gdańsk 2x per week.
