Now, we’re looking for an experienced Team Leader to guide one of our key software development teams — empowering them to deliver impactful products while growing both professionally and personally.
Why do we need you?
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development team in achieving sprint and PI objectives within Scrum and SAFe frameworks,
- Mentoring and developing team members through regular one-on-one meetings, providing constructive feedback, and coaching,
- Collaborating with other Team Leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders from the Digital Hangar ecosystem,
- Co-creating and implementing employee development paths (performance reviews, promotions, development plans),
- Motivating the team and fostering engagement, while promoting a culture of open communication and collaboration,
- Addressing interpersonal and technical issues, mediating conflicts when necessary,
- Monitoring the quality of delivered solutions, identifying and removing technical impediments,
- Participating in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
Who are you?
We are looking for a Team Leader who:
- Has at least 3 years of experience as a Team Leader or Tech Leader in software development teams.
- Understands the software development lifecycle, system architecture, and backend, frontend, and DevOps technologies.
- Possesses strong soft skills – excellent communication, empathy, motivation, and the ability to build trust.
- Is fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment.
- Has practical experience with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, SAFe).
- Can mentor and develop team members, enhance team competencies, and share knowledge effectively.
- Has experience conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and supporting career development.
- Can manage interpersonal challenges and resolve conflicts constructively.
- Is proactive, accountable, and team-oriented.
- Is ready to work in a hybrid model – 2 days per week in our Gdańsk office.
