Lufthansa Systems Poland supports Data Engineering project for Lufthansa Technik. The scope of this project is as follows: Ingest data into central data platform, create new data objects along business use cases, maintain and operate existing data objects. Our goal is to extend this cooperation to include new functionalities: Administration of Azure Data platform created for the project, problem analysis and solving, analyzing data issues, documentation maintenance

Who are you?
- Knowledge and basic experience with:
- Azure platform and Terraform scripting,
- Azure data engineering technological stack ( Databricks, Data Factory, Synapse, ADLS ),
- Version Control tools,
- CI/CD,
- SQL,
- Good knowledge of English in speaking and writing (B2/C1),
- Team player with good communication skills,
- Readiness to work from the office in Gdańsk min. 2 days a week.
What do we welcome?

Why do we need you?
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Administration and maintenance of Azure Data platform:
- Organization, creation and requesting for Data Platform resources,
- Maintenance of privileges,
- Maintenance of network configuration and necessary network connections between data and processes,
- Problem analysis and solving:
- Understand the root cause of missing data access, data files, data in the tables,
- Failed processes (data pipelines) – mainly ingestion,
- Processes generating improper data,
- Analyzing data issues from business perspective based on provided documentation and communication with business and development team,
- Documentation maintenance.
