Who are you?

  • At least 8 years of experience in user experience design with a proven track record of leading design teams (for at least 2 years) and delivering exceptional design solutions in fast moving environments.
  • BSc/MSc degree in design, usability engineering, or other relevant fields.
  • Proven experience in building and implementing design and research strategies.
  • Demonstrated promotion of a user-centered design process and collaboration with product managers/owners, stakeholders, and developers, resulting in practical organizational and product improvements.
  • Solid experience in developing complex B2B products.
  • Experienced in building design systems and maintaining design systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong English and Polish skills (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel (up to 10%).
  • Readiness to work in a hybrid model - 2 days a week in the office in Gdańsk.

Why do we need you?

As a  User Experience Manager you will be responsible for:​

  • Define and implement design and research strategy aligned with the product strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with product leadership to integrate UCD practices into product strategy. Determine priorities of research and design topics supporting and challenging product strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to establish clear design and research objectives.
  • Lead and develop design and research artefacts, including design system.
  • Define and manage design and research priorities guiding task allocation within the team, in collaboration with leadership.
  • Champion UCD practices and processes in the team and across the organization, following industry standards.
  • Support development of team members through mentoring, guidance and feedback.
