Why do we need you?
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Manage and improve modern IT systems and integration platforms.
- Ensure reliable communication between enterprise-class systems.
- Administer integration systems (e.g., Kafka, TIBCO) including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in projects such as cloud migrations, DevOps initiatives, and CI/CD automation.
- Set up new environments and optimize existing solutions.
- Ensure continuous system availability and monitor system performance.
- Incident, problem, and change management at the integration layer (3rd line support).
- Develop automation and self-service solutions.
Who are you?
Your profile:
- Linux or Unix administration experience (or power user level).
- Basic scripting or task automation skills.
- Previous experience with integration platforms (Kafka, TIBCO, etc.).
- Experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience managing IT systems.
- Familiarity with Windows Server and PowerShell.
- Knowledge of network tools and commands.
- Understanding of SQL databases.
- Readiness to learn cloud-native technologies.
- Problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
- Good communication in English and Polish.
- Teamwork skills.
- Willingness to come to our office in Gdańsk two days a week or relocate to Trójmiasto.

- Senior position 10 000 - 21 000 zł gross (contract of employment)
- Regular position 8 000 - 16 000 zł gross (contract of employment)
