- Managing the process of planning and equipping office space,
- Coordinating the maintenance and renovation of the office space,
- Monitoring and reporting defects and problems with building infrastructure,

- Liaising with the building manager and office equipment suppliers,
- Establishing and maintaining contact with service providers,
- Providing secretarial services and handling employee requests,
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Who are you?
- Experience in the field of office administration/management for a minimum of 5 years,
- A degree in Administration or related field,
- Good knowledge of English and Polish in speaking and writing,
- Excellent organizational skills,
- Eagerness to work in a team,
- Computer/MS Office package skills,
- Expertise in negotiating and cooperating with suppliers,
- Communication skills and ability to handle stressful situations.
