We are looking for a self-driven and motivated person to lead one of the teams in our LIDO department.
LIDO is one of the most popular flight planning systems in the world, trusted by over 125 airline operators worldwide.
Lido's technology calculates the most efficient routes, considering real-time flight data, including weather conditions, NOTAMs, Aeronautical Information Publications and other critical cost factors which translates to substantial savings for airlines.
As a Team Leader you will take over an ambitious group of experienced specialists and become their mentor, playing a key role in developing their skills, supporting them and increasing their sense of team work and cohesiveness.

Who are you?
We are looking for a great team leader that has:
- Experience in leading mature teams in IT environment,
- Practical knowledge of Agile frameworks (i.e. Scrum/Kanban),
- Ability to work from the office in Gdańsk at least twice a week,
- Excellent interpersonal skills,
- Familiarity with working as a part of cross-functional team,
- Proven experience collaborating with customers in an international environment,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English,
- Willingness to travel,
- University degree.
