Who are you?
- Minimum 3 years of experience with UI design,
- Proven focus on usability and application of usability principles and standards,
- Experience in taking care of Design System documentation and its development,
- Ability to work with variety of stakeholders across different countries and cultures,
- Ability to align with organizational strategy and organizational objectives,
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audience,
- Proficiency in Design System tools, Figma and Adobe,
- Team player attitude,
- Focus on nuances and details,
- Very good communication skills,
- Ability to work independently and proactively, high sense of responsibility,
- Good command of spoken and written English (B2 / C1),
- Good command of spoken and written Polish.

- Maintain the Design System,
- Deliver design artifacts that support teams’ goals achievement, including components and patterns of the Design System,

- Work in close collaboration with UX Designers, UI Developers and User Researchers,
- Design towards unified experience across product, taking into account usability and accessibility principles,
- Align and create opportunities to share knowledge with team members and companywide.
