Why do we need you?
In this role, you are responsible for leading the development and growth of our company's products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that our products meet customer needs and drive business growth. You will be a key driver of product strategy and roadmap, leading product ideation, market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning. Your ultimate goal will be to deliver successful products that drive customer satisfaction, adoption, and revenue growth.

- Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives in the aviation industry.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends in the aviation industry.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to post-launch support and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors in the aviation industry.
- Identify and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Create product roadmaps and communicate product vision to stakeholders.
- Define and track metrics to measure the success of your product.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory changes in the aviation industry.
- Manage product budgets and ensure products are delivered on time and within budget.
Who are you?
- Msc or BSc degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in fast moving tech company.
- Solid understanding of software and apps development.
- You have a proven track record in building and shipping technical products.
- Outstanding emotional intelligence and collaboration skills.
- Deep knowledge of user research & data-analysis methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
- Readiness to work in a hybrid model: 2 days in the office in Gdańsk.
