Who are you?
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or Technical field,
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in airline scheduling,
- Strong knowledge of aircraft scheduling processes,
- Proven skills in business analysis and requirements engineering,
- Experience in product development projects is a plus,
- High initiative, flexibility, and resilience under pressure,
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking,
- Ability to prepare decision proposals considering business efficiency,
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills,
- Customer-oriented, innovative, and a strong team player,
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
What do we welcome?
- Knowledge about the commercial products of Lufthansa Systems, especially NetLine/Sched or its competitors is a big plus,
- Practice in the Network Planning & Scheduling area at an airline desirable.

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing and developing product solutions for airline network planning,
- Gathering and defining business requirements in collaboration with clients,
- Modeling business processes and use cases within an agile setup,
- Coordinating requirements with software development teams,
- Preparing cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making,
- Conducting client trainings and workshops,
- Supporting additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
