Digital Hangar is a collaboration with Lufthansa Group, aiming to enhance passenger experiences throughout their entire journey. As part of this collaboration, we focus on the development of mobile applications for the Lufthansa Group (Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian, Brussels, and ITA) for iOS and Android systems, as well as creating research and development solutions.

Who are you?
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis within IT projects,
- Practical knowledge in requirement engineering for commercial customers,
- Ability to clearly define business needs, desired outcomes, and derive product development plans from business strategies,
- Familiarity with Design Thinking,
- Proactive, with the courage to take on challenges, experiment, and test new ideas,
- Strong initiative in building cross-functional relationships,
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Very good communication and teamwork abilities,
- Creativity, responsibility, and the ability to work independently and proactively,
- Willingness to work on-site in Gdańsk at least twice a week or relocate to Trójmiasto,
- Openness to occasional business travel,
- Fluency in Polish and English (B2/C1) in both spoken and written form.
What do we welcome?
- Experience working with large systems and Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe) in international projects,
- Background in one of the following areas: middleware, web services, mobile, or desktop platforms,
- Familiarity with tools such as Kibana, Google Analytics, Postman, Insomnia,
- Completed degree in Computer Science or a related field.
