Who are you?
Your profile:
- 1+ year of experience working with graphics, animations, and media creation, particularly in the context of training, education, or knowledge transfer,
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools: Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects,
- Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 or similar eLearning authoring tools,
- Proficient in English (B2 level or higher), with good written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration,
- Ownership attitude and a focus on getting things done,
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in execution,
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities,
- Comfort working in an agile, cross-functional team environment, including collaboration within sprint-based workflows.

- Support our Training Service goals by creating media that simplifies complex topics and makes them easier to understand,
- Collaborate closely with instructional designers, trainers, and subject-matter experts to transform technical content into visually compelling, effective learning materials,
- Design graphics, animations, videos, and interactive elements for our courses. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and meet our team’s visual standards,
- Share your media expertise and help grow the team's knowledge,
- Contribute to a positive, open, and creatively-driven team culture,
- Follow production steps, suggesting improvements as needed,
- Participate in feedback and revision cycles, incorporating input from team members and stakeholders,
- Stay current on design and learning trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.

- Salary in the range of:
- Junior position 6 000 - 11 000 zł gross (contract of employment)
- Standard position 8 000 - 16 000 zł gross (contract of employment)
