Who are you?
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach,
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks,
- Hands-on experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments,
- Proactive, independent, and highly motivated attitude,
- Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1),
- Great analytical and problem-solving mindset,
- Strong servant leadership and team facilitation skills,
- Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams,
- Willingness to work on-site in Gdańsk at least twice a week or relocate to Trójmiasto
What do we welcome?
- Scrum Master certifications (PSM, CSM, SAFe),
- Experience in multi-methodology organizations,
- Basic technical understanding to better support development teams.
Why do we need you?
Your main job duties as a Scrum Master include:
- Supporting, coaching, and guiding Agile teams in their daily work, promoting Agile values and principles,
- Facilitating key team events such as Backlog Refinement, Planning, Retrospective, and Review sessions,
- Educating and encouraging adherence to Agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, and Built-in Quality,
- Building high-performing, self-organizing teams and tracking team performance metrics,
- Identifying and removing impediments, mediating conflicts, and helping resolve challenges within and between teams,
- Fostering cross-team collaboration and alignment within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment,
- Working closely with Product Owners, Developers, Cloud Engineers, and Architects to ensure value delivery.

- Senior position 10 000 - 21 000 zł gross (contract of employment)
- Standard position 8 000 - 16 000 zł gross (contract of employment)
