The Community of Practice (CoP) Data Science and Machine Learning gathers specific professions and defines development standards among them. As a Data Scientist working in our CoP, you will have the opportunity to drive new initiatives and contribute significantly to our data science network. You will collaborate with fellow data scientists, organize learning sessions, and manage technical events. Additionally, you will support product teams and drive the end-to-end development of ML solutions – from ideation to implementation – with a focus on NLP, GenAI, and scalable, production-ready systems in Azure.

Who are you?
- 4+ years of experience working with data as a Data Scientist,
- Proven hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and LangChain,
- Hands-on experience in developing scalable AI solutions with Azure services in production,
- Experience in driving Data & AI use cases from business value concept to production,
- Deep understanding of current AI/ML research with a focus on best practices for GenAI and emerging agentic AI concepts,
- Skills in embeddings, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines,
- Working experience with Azure ML Studio, Azur OpenAI, Databricks, ADLS,
- Ability to work independently and quickly learn new technologies,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- English fluent, spoken and written,
- Readiness to work in a hybrid model: 2 days in the office in Gdańsk.

- Standard position 8 000 - 16 000 zł gross (contract of employment)
