The system optimises routes with regard to fuel consumption, costs or flying time. The system is highly automated.
We would like to invite you to be part of the team of Designers and Researchers working on flight planning solution. Our challenge is to design usable product taking into consideration users' needs, constrains related to business objectives, the level of complexity as well as regulatory requirements. We are looking for motivated team player and open minded person in order to join our team.

Your profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with User Experience.
- Ability to work with user interactions and interface.
- User Centric approach.
- Focus on usability.
- Experience in complex product development.
- Experience in agile environment.
- Focus on nuances and details.
- Ability to work with variety of stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
- Ability to align with organisational strategy and organisational objectives.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audience.
- Good command of spoken and written English (B2 / C1).
- Ability to take care of Design System documentation.
- Willingness to work on-site in Gdańsk at least twice a week or relocate to Trójmiasto

Your responsibilities:
- You will strengthen our team’s User Experience capability.
- Deliver design artefacts that support the team’s goals.
- Design for a unified experience across the product, considering usability and accessibility principles.
- Shape the user experience in cooperation with Product Owners, Analysts, Architects, and other technical experts.
- Work in close collaboration with User Researchers, UI Designers, and UI Developers.
- Align with and create opportunities to share knowledge with team members and across the company.
- Support the maintenance and development of the Design System.
