Why do we need you?
In this role you will responsible for:
- Cooperation with other Product Owners, Business Analysts, Systems Engineers and Developers,
- Presenting product to all internal and external stakeholders and ensuring their involvement,
- Conducting analysis for your product as well as its development projects,
- Defining and announcing releases,
- Providing information about the status of product,
- Plan and prioritize initiatives backlog and development for the product,
- Proactively identifying process bottlenecks and leading initiatives to resolve discrepancies or other issues when identified, tracking and reporting issues through to resolution,
- Backlog management as part of product development and ensuring transparency of product backlog,
- Capturing, summarizing, and reconciling of functional and non-functional requirements with customers and the team,
- Translating requirements into Epics and Stories in a Product Backlog,
- Decision making.
Who are you?
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Product Owner in the IT industry,
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology,
- Open, communicative, decisive,
- Good knowledge of English and Polish in speaking and writing (B2/C1),
- Readiness to work in a hybrid model - 2 days in the office in Gdańsk,
- Willingness to travel.
