Why do we need you?
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acquire, track, and maintain aeronautical publications (AIPs, Supplements, Amendments, AICs, NOTAMs, etc.) in accordance with the 28-day AIRAC cycle.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with Civil Aviation Authorities and equivalent organizations worldwide, including managing subscription renewals for AIP services.
- Monitor, verify, and distribute aeronautical publications in a timely and accurate manner to internal stakeholders.
- Analyze global aeronautical publications and regulatory documents (ICAO, EASA, FAA, etc.) to assess their impact on navigational data products.
- Forward validated data and updates to the Data Production team, ensuring compliance with ICAO rules and internal standards.
- Resolve inconsistencies, formatting issues, or missing data directly with the competent authority.
- Provide expert support by responding to customer and internal queries across departments.
- Identify and communicate potential production risks or data issues proactively.
- Contribute to internal projects, supporting continuous improvement and innovation within AIM and data production processes.
Who are you?
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Educational and/or professional background in aviation, or a comparable mix of relevant experience.
- Solid understanding of Aeronautical Information Publications (AIP) and related resources in line with ICAO Annex 15.
- Demonstrated operational or navigational experience (e.g., flight dispatcher, pilot, air traffic controller) is an asset.
- Excellent analytical skills, structured and meticulous work style, and ability to prioritize under time pressure.
- Strong communication and diplomatic skills, combined with a service-oriented mindset.
- Proactive, disciplined, and flexible, with readiness to occasionally work extra hours to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with administrative tasks.
- High proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to work on-site in Gdańsk at least twice a week or relocate to Trójmiasto.
