Who are you?
We are looking for a person with:
- Active student status (required).
- Availability to work on-site, Monday to Friday (required).
- Strong attention to detail, patience, and the ability to work with extensive qualitative data.
- Solid analytical and observational skills.
- Ability to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and inconsistencies in processes.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to prepare well-structured reports.
- Willingness to work on-site only (no remote work).

- Interest in aviation, operational environments, UX, process analysis, or quality management.
Why do we need you?
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and analyzing recordings of real operational shifts.
- Analyzing the number and categories of NOTAMs based on specific QCodes.
- Discovering hidden issues and improvement opportunities that do not appear in system data but emerge during live observations.
- Preparing summaries, insights, and recommendations for operational and project teams.
