Why do we need you?
Your responsibilities:
- Analyzing and reviewing the content of supplier contracts.
- Collecting, preparing, and supervising powers of attorney in force within the Company.
- Collecting and drafting templates and drafts of civil-law contracts concluded by the Company, as well as letters, opinions, and legal documents.
- Providing negotiation support – participating in negotiations with contractors, clients, and business partners.
- Cooperating with external law firms – coordinating collaboration with external lawyers and managing matters handled by external legal offices.
- Identifying potential legal risks and developing plans to mitigate those risks.
Who are you?
Our requirements:
- University degree in Law.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position or in a law firm.
- Knowledge of civil, commercial, and labor law regulations.
- Experience in negotiating commercial contracts.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret legal regulations.
- Negotiation skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Very good command of MS Office.
- Readiness to work in a hybrid model - 2 days in the office in Gdańsk
