Your responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR partnership to managers to help them meet business goals.
- Offer expert labor law counseling and practical guidance for day-to-day decision-making.
- Support talent acquisition, development, and succession processes in collaboration with HR and business leaders.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support managers in building strong team culture.
- Oversee and improve performance management practices across supported teams.
- Co-create, implement, and enhance HR solutions tailored to the needs of the business and employees.
Who are you?
Our requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in an international or IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of Polish Labor Law and its practical application.
- Familiarity with HR tools, best practices, and current HR market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing HR strategies for Development teams.
- Fluency in Polish and English (C1+), both written and spoken.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Readiness to work in a hybrid model – 2 days per week in the Gdańsk office.
